We completed a full major overhaul on a Stokes 212 pump.
The work was carried out at our fully-equipped facility in South Yorkshire. We collected the pump and transported it to Doncaster, ready for the overhaul.
The job started with a complete strip-down of the pump, followed by a deep clean with our Aqua Blast machine.
All the bearings were replaced, along with the seals, gaskets, washers, shims and O-rings.
The final stage in the process is to rebuild the pump, add new oil, and carry out thorough in-house testing before we return it to the customer.
Our costs for an overhaul include all spares, consumables, labour, and transport to and from your facility.
