Blower Maintenance

Our friendly and experienced team are able to analyse problems and advise you on the most cost-effective and efficient solution to get you back up and running as quickly as possible.

IVPS offer a full repair and reconditioning service for most makes of blower including Aerzen, HR, Roots, Kaeser, Robuschi, Edwards, Stokes, Leybold and Hick Hargreaves.

If you are experiencing problems with your industrial blower we will visit your site to inspect the blower, and provide a written quotation for the work required, complete with a report of the recorded faults. Depending on the individual situation we can carry out the work on-site or transport the blower to our purpose-build workshop for repairs.

IVPS offer servicing to all industrial blower makes and models on-site. This generally includes

Change inlet filter

Check/change drive belts

Oil change

Grease bearings (where relevant)

Blower internal check

Pressure relief valve and non-return valve check (where possible)

Bearing check (where the machine is able to run).

We carry out a complete risk assessment before carrying out any work, and can provide you with a preventative maintenance plan moving forward.

As part of our service, we can provide hire equipment for temporary use whilst your blower is being repaired.

All our used industrial blowers are extensively refurbished to ensure that they are fit for use and that longevity is preserved to meet production needs. We’ll arrange everything from installation and set-up to training and advice for your operatives. And we offer ongoing service and maintenance packages to keep everything running smoothly.

All of our refurbished pumps come with a warranty, to give ‘peace of mind’ to our customers.
