The nXDS6i is a compact intelligent dry scroll pump with a universal single-phase voltage input (100-127V or 200-240V, 50/60Hz). It suits analytical instruments, electron microscopes, and other clean vacuum processes. Built-in monitoring provides alerts on pump condition without the need for external controllers. Available in three variants: standard, corrosion-resistant (C) for use with reactive gases, and reduced gas ballast (R) for applications requiring lower ultimate pressure.
