We recently carried out a major service on this Edwards E2M12 Vacuum Pump for a customer in our workshop in Doncaster.
The steps for the job include :
- Complete a full strip-down
- Clean all components
- Remove and replace internal & external radial shaft seals
- Remove and replace exhaust valve plates and poppet values
- Remove and replace all gaskets
- Remove and replace the gas ballast
- Remove and replace all O Rings
- Remove and replace internal vanes
- Replace springs
- Rebuild and Oil change
- The final stage of the service was to carry out a thorough test in-house.
