The mXDS3 is a compact, single-phase dry scroll pump designed for light laboratory and analytical applications. It requires no oil, so there is no risk of process contamination. The pump runs quietly and delivers consistent performance across the rough vacuum range. Available in 115V and 230V single-phase supply options. Two configurations are offered: the standard variant and the solvent-resistant (s) variant, which uses chemically resistant materials for use with aggressive or corrosive gases.
